PRESIDENT
Mike Gale has been in the real estate/mortgage
industry since 1980. A native Houstonian and graduate
of the University of Texas, Mike produced and managed
in both the mortgage banking and mortgage brokerage
arenas before he and Sheryl started SECURE
MORTGAGE COMPANY.

VICE-PRESIDENT
Sheryl Gale, originally from Dallas,
is also a graduate of the University of Texas. She began
her mortgage career in 1996 and currently specializes
in lender relations, recruiting, licensing, and maintaining
the company accounting system.

OPERATIONS/HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Chris Bailey joined Secure Mortgage
Company in 2002. He brings a unique blend of production
experience in both retail and wholesale operations.
Chris' technical expertise and knowledge of the investors
Secure Mortgage Company utilizes is a tremendous asset
in addition to his expertise in developing, maintaining,
and tracking personnel and benefit programs.
ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Monica Garcia joined SECURE MORTGAGE
COMPANY in 2000. Her understanding of our payroll and
payable policies maintains that department's timeliness
and accuracy in meeting its responsibilities.
SUPPORT STAFF/PROCESSORS
SECURE MORTGAGE COMPANY continues
to add an experienced support staff as its growing operations
demand. We are proud of the professionalism and service-minded
